'Well, thanks for all the encouragement. Looks like we are going to have to get on and do it! Here’s what we are thinking: first weekend in December. We’ll have smoked stuff, cured stuff, stuff roasted over fire (of course), fish, meat, cheese and even some vegetables. We’ll be collaborating with our great local producers and suppliers. Special spirits, biodynamic wines, great local beers. The main event will be Saturday evening, but we will make a weekend of it and have options to stay for Friday and Saturday, or Saturday only. fforest accommodation, campervan and BYO camping options. Friday evening pizza and ribs, beertails sampling courtesy of beerbods/Evil Gordon and storytelling in the pub. Healthy breakfast Saturday morning, bracing walk around Dinas head, then free afternoon (take a sauna, read a book, wrestle a badger) to get ready for the evening kicking off at 6. All of the above may change, but you get the gist. As soon as we’ve worked out all the details, We will set up a FB page or something similar.
