about manorafon

the site at Manorafon covers around 10 acres, with the 5 cabins arranged to take advantage of the views down the valley. The nomads are sited in a sheltered grassy field close to the lodge, whilst the domes are more private, each set in its own secluded spot. The house, Tŷ Manorafon, is at the heart of the camp, but set in a private garden with plenty of outside space. The lodge is a converted stable block with covered terraced deck where meals are served, but also somewhere to relax, with sofas in front of the woodburner inside, or chairs and benches to soak up the view from the terrace.

Facilities
Guests enjoy breakfast as standard (optional for Tŷ Manorafon), taken in the lodge or just outside on the deck overlooking the bay. The lodge is also open throughout the day for guests’ use. Occasional camp dinners using local (including fforest) produce are offered to all of our guests. On-site facilities include a laundry cabin, washing up sinks, mains pressure showers and communal firepit. You are free to use our cedar barrel sauna. Just book your slot with the camp manager to ensure you get some privacy.

The camp has a capacity of 50 to 70 in high season (including the house) or 34 in the winter (house and cabins only), making it perfect for private celebrations and get-togethers.
