prices and booking – 2010 season
prices and booking
Prices are based on 2 people sharing on a bed and breakfast basis (unless stated otherwise*). For each additional adult (16 or over) sharing add £10 per person per night.
For each additional child aged between 4 and 15 add £7 per child per night. Children aged 3 and under are free.
A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per tent or crog loft. Add £4 per pet per night.
*Self-catering prices are based on any number of people up to the maximum capacity of the accommodation.

Please book online (from January 2010) or call us on 01239 623633. Out of hours, please leave a message and we will call you back. Alternatively you can email us at info@coldatnight.co.uk. We accept most major credit and debit cards. No surcharge is applicable. We also accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. Call us for more information.
Upon reservation a 25% deposit is payable, with the balance due no later than 8 weeks before your stay. When the balance of payment has been made you will be sent a welcome pack with information relating to your accommodation and details of the activities and adventure days you can book with us during your stay at fforest.

A weekend runs from Friday 16:00 to Monday 10:00
Midweek runs from Monday 16:00 to Friday 10:00
A week runs from Friday 16:00 to Friday 10:00 or Monday 16:00 to Monday 10:00
