We have always promoted "Active Relaxation" - clearing your mind through the challenge of learning new skills and the physical demands of a tough day's play. We also understand the luxury of just doing nothing, quietly sitting on the deck, watch the deer, read a book, or simply day dream.
This Autumn Glow camp will be the perfect combination of the two - physical challenge interspersed with relaxation and comfort. With the leaves already beginning to change colour we will be looking at the transition towards autumn and taking better care of yourself....
There will be yoga every day with Clem Balfour from the fun and inspirational 'Yoga brunch club', who is on a mission to make yoga more accessible to everyone. We will go wild swimming and take a canoe trip down the beautiful River Teifi. There will be beach boot camp to get your heart rate going with Sarah. You can run or you can walk, take it fast or slow, whatever works best for you, we are going to accommodate all abilities. With Tamsin from Woodland Creations we will learn how to make fire without matches. We will cook with fire and learn how to make kimchi, kraut and kefir, so find out all about having a healthy gut. Plus there will be a little pampering and reflexology.
We are still tweaking the final schedule, there might be axe throwing, there might be some spontaneous campfire singing, there probably will be fforest gin!
