From the outside, this is a farmhouse a child would draw: stout as a cottage loaf with a flour-white face and proud chimneys. Inside it has all the swish of a pine-clad Scandi ski lodge, with a spacious living / dining space and a big-hearted kitchen set around an inglenook you could herd sheep into.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, each with private shower room: 3 doubles / suites, a family room and a narrow ship’s cabin-like bunk room with 4 berths suitable for “no adults allowed” furtive gatherings.
