Bar manager

To inform, manage bar staff. Ordering and stock rotation. Reporting on sales and forecasting. We've been stocking our bars with the best of local since we started. We produce our own beer with a local brewery, buy in exclusive natural wines and are always on the lookout for special non alcoholics but we need to manage what we bring in and make sure the bar staff know what they're selling.
Bar/stock management essential. Personal license desireable. Tasting obsession necessary.
