Sous chef

Assisting the head chef for events, daily running of kitchen and maintaining food hygiene standards. Acting chef in absence of chef.
Event catering experience (1-2 year minimum), kitchen/team management, food hygiene training level 2  essential.  Ordering/stock taking, waste management & baking preffered.

Prep chef

The jobs are mainly chopping, cleaning and assisting the chef. There's a lot to do in the kitchen and we need someone quick with a knife/peeler/spatular.
Kitchen experience essential.

Bbq/pizza/smoke chef

Specialist chef to focus on bbq, pizza and smoking. Cooking with fire has become a culinary speciality of ours. We barbecue as much as possible and love to hot smoke meats in our multiple wood fired ovens. We are looking for a chef to focus on cooking with fire, mainly bbq'ing, making pizzas and occasionaly smoking.
Kitchen experience essential. 

5-15hrs a week

Bar staff

Good people skills, passionate about drinks, and willing to learn our way.
The fforest bars serve some of the best independant drinks in wales. We have our own beer brewed and bring in rare and special natural wines. If you have an interest in independent produce and are happy selling not just serving please apply.
Bar experience prefered.
