A spectacular fforest feast in the new big barn. Old friends, new friends and the very best of local coming together at fforest over the weekend of 30th March.
This year we’ll be sharing the kitchen and courses with Rita’s from London.
Rita’s take influence from all over the world bringing home tastes to plates enjoyed with great wine, beer and cocktails.

Over the last few months we've been collecting for hibernation, testing ferments & pickles. In spring 2019 we'll celebrate these with you + the first catches from land and sea. Accompanied by special spirits, natural wines and great local beers.
Book for the Saturday feast only or make a weekend of it and have a very special stay in our fforest accommodation, revolving around good food, good drink, good conversation and a great time in wild windswept west Wales.

Rita's - Tostada de mejillones, peas on toast, chile rellenos
fforest - Argentinian empanadas
Rita's - Brown crabs, salted egg yolk and preserved lemon fried rice with butter and Old Bay or Bánh xèo Vietnamese crispy pancake with acorn squash (v)
fforest - Seabass ceviche or Early spring pickles (v)
Rita's - Charcoal roast vegetable "alambre" with yellow mole and raw milk curds
fforest - Mountain Hill Farm, Hermon 34 day aged T-Bone steak with chimichurri
or Mushrooms and beef tomatoes (v)

In addition to our locally crafted ales and ciders, our bar will be serving:
- Special autumnal cocktails made by Missy Flynn (Rita's) & Tim (Pizzatipi)
- Wines picked by Joel from Wrights Wines
We cater for omnivores, vegans, vegetarians & pescetarians. Unfortunately, for this event we cannot cater for food allergies, intolerances & preferences specifically. However, we can supply details of allergens per course on request.
