Join us for a 6-course Spring Feast at fforest, set in the gentle glow of candlelight inside our cedar barn.
We are delighted and excited that our very good family friend and very talented chef Ben Allen will join us to create and cook this year's spring feast.
Ben was born and raised in Highbury, London. He trained at the Michelin-starred Alyn Williams at 'The Westbury' and 'Steirereck' in Austria before becoming sous chef at Brat, Shoreditch, London. Three years ago, he set up and runs the kitchen at the hugely popular and highly rated The Parakeet in Kentish Town.
Expect fresh and foraged spring vegetables, delicious delicate pickles, sharing plates of fish and local meats cooked over fire and a dreamy dessert. All created in collaboration with the local growers and makers we work with throughout the year.
Seasonal cocktails and fforest beers will be poured, with biodynamic wines from Wrights Food Emporium available to enjoy*.
For weekend guests your experience begins on Friday evening with a relaxed pizza & bbq evening and drinks in Y Bwthyn pub.
