A spectacular fforest feast in the new big barn. Old friends, new friends and the very best of local coming together at fforest over the weekend of 24th March. We are collaborating with our great local producers and suppliers. Accompanied by special spirits, biodynamic wines and great local beers. 

Book for the Saturday feast only or make a weekend of it and have a very special stay in our fforest accommodation, revolving around good food, good drink, good conversation and a great time in wild windswept west Wales.

We are collaborating with our great local producers and suppliers including
The Charcutier, Cardigan Bay Fish, Bara Menyn, Glebelands, Hafod, Caws Cenarth and Daioni. There will be special spirits, biodynamic wines and great local beers from Da Mhile, Wright’s Emporium, Mantle, Tenby and Bluestone.


Weekend Itinerary

FRIDAY 23/3 - FIRE, BEER, Ramen!    

Check-in 4-8pm

Bwthyn pub open for a great selection of local specialist beers and drinks

Traditional homemade Tonkotsu (pork) ramen served with gyoza - £20


Start the day with a healthy fforest breakfast (included in all accommodation packages)

Depart mid-morning on a bracing walk to wake up your senses

Your afternoon is free to take a sauna, read a book, wrestle a badger

Bwthyn pub open for drinks by the fire

Candlelit fforest feast in the cedar barn - £65  (included in all accommodation packages)

Late night bar


Join us for a mid-morning big fforest BBQ brunch with bacon, sausages & Moroccan eggs (included in all accommodation packages)

Check-out 2pm

When booking, there is an option to extend to a 3 night stay, checking out 10:30 am on Monday 26th March. Take the day off work so that you can slowly make your way back home. Make a detour in Llandeilo (including Toast) and pop in to Wright’s Emporium for a delicious lunch and to stock up on the amazing wines you sampled on Saturday evening!

An optional meal choice on Friday night includes traditional Tonkotsu (pork) ramen served with gyoza, £20 per person. We’ll pop you an email once you’ve had your booking confirmation inviting you to add the additional meal to your stay.
