Chef/catering manager

Delivering event catering. Stock rotation, Hygiene standards and managing kitchen staff to be as efficient as possible. Team management, planning for events and baking in quantity.
Event catering experience (3 year minimum), kitchen/team management, food hygiene training level 3 , event baking, ordering/stock taking and waste management essential. Cooking on fire & good taste in music preferred.

40hrs a week
