A weekend of eating and drinking, indulging and relaxing hosted by fforest with special guest Tomos Parry and his Brat & Mountain team. Join us as they leave London for the weekend for two exclusive services on the farm.

Mountain & Brat at fforest, weekend experience

Arrive Fri 27th from 4pm - Depart Sunday 29th September
Arrival dinner with fforest on Friday / Mountain & Brat dinner on Saturday

Completely relax into the weekend by staying at the farm. With an onsite pub, guided walks with the fforest owners, and talks with Tomos Parry. Includes breakfast, brunch and dinners for the weekend.

 
 

Dietaries & Allergies
Please note we do not offer alterations to the menu or cater for dietary/allergy requirements.
The menu won’t be finalised until the week, as we will be speaking to farmers, fishermen and local growers when we arrive, finalising the menu as we see the produce in person.

 

Friday 27th dinner reservations
- 6 courses, £125pp

Friday reservations will be available for those staying offsite for one night only or travelling locally.

For one night stays we recommend our historical hotel in Cardigan, the Albion Aberteifi.
