The Teifi marsh wildlife reserve

A pristine natural environment formerly part of the fforest estate and now home to some of Wales' best wildlife. The visitor centre & Glasshouse Cafe just a short walk through the woods from fforest farm.

You can also walk or cycle all the way to Cardigan along the accessible path - an easy 40 minute stroll (a little bit more if stop at the bird hides along the way!)
